Counselor Highlight: Oscar (they/he)

This is Oscar from Boston, Mass. Oscar is a full time student AND full time rat parent to three (Angus, Hugh, and Tucker). At the Fall Youth Retreat in 2019, Oscar taught us all how to collage and everyone left the weekend with beautiful, individual collage journals. Oscar loves working with the foundation because they know this work “would make Sam proud.”

In addition to being a counselor at our Fall Youth Retreats, Oscar interned with Sam & Devorah for the Fall 2019 Semester. We’re sad to see them go! You can check out the blog post they wrote on our Voices page!
